You will be confident in your management style and be a motivational leader who ensures that your teams always feel valued, trained and therefore deliver world class customer service. As a retail expert you must demonstrate your leadership skills managing a retail store environment, developing people, achieving outstanding financial performance, surpassing all customer expectations, setting and exceeding a business strategy and above all, delivering the best possible return for all stakeholders.
